Good Friday has a very significant value to all christian in all over the world, it reminds us the day when Jesus was crucified.

Is Good Friday very important?
Good Friday can be called with other name, any name that we like to call it should be fine. What matters is the reason and meaning behind of Good Friday. Good Friday is not mean to celebrate happy day, the only purpose is to remind us of what happen on that day. It is the mourning and sorrow of Jesus death in flesh form, and rise again on the third day also in flesh form.

Why Jesus was crucified on the cross?
The only reason Jesus was crucified is His Love to humankind, it is stated in the Divine Law that the wages of sin is death. And that is final, God himself cannot deny His own rule and that makes all humankind bound to die. God can erase us easily without any trace, but His love to us secures our existence. In order to save us, Jesus become scapegoat and die to represent us (the Humankind) dying for our sins. He paid the wages of sin with His own blood, bleeding on the cross cutting all sins bound and claimed us as His sons. That is the  meaning behind of Good Friday.

PRAYER UNITED is calling all churches in Malaysia to mobilize prayer for the approaching general elections. This call to prayer is embodied in the principles laid out in the recent circular from the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) dated 18th July 2012 entitled “VOTE WISELY; FOR A BETTER MALAYSIA.”

This guide serves to provide guidance and ideas to encourage every Christian, network, intercessory group and church to take an active part in upholding our country, MALAYSIA, in prayer, as the nation prepares itself towards the imminent general election (GE13).

We appeal to all Christian to remain faithful, that in our exercise of leadership and stewardship in obedience to God's Word, that we exercise our duty to nation building to vote as well as to soak in prayer the nation's well being; ahead, during, and after the general elections.

We believe that this election season is one of the most critical of our nation's history as it will be held during the Jubilee year, a spiritual reset for the nation. This is not a coincidence.
